Jeff Bezos: Books Going the Way of the Horse (But Not the Dodo)

Amazon’s head honcho Jeff Bezos told the Wall Street Journal that a good model for understanding the future of the printed book is that of the horse-transportation method. In this day and age, horses are still perfectly good modes of transportit’s just that the use cases of planes, trains and automobiles are, in most cases, more suitable to the desired results of the consumer.
